Mancie formed as trio about 10 years ago from the mind of front woman Andrea Fischman. First in Boston and now in New York City.
Throughout the ten year history, Mancie has almost received a five year record deal from MCA records, almost won a Battle of the Bands to The Punch Drunk Monkey's and almost got their single on the Radio! Now they are looking to turn those "almosts" into realities! Andrea's voiced and songs have been compared to PJ Harvey, The Yeah Yeah Yeahs and the Muffs. MANCIE rocks hard! think AC/DC meets PJ Harvey on the way to a Nirvana show.

Drop Dead Julio - The Break-Up

In just four years, Drop Dead Julio has gone from a basement to local ampitheaters, most recently opening for 12 Stones to about 2500 people and playing the Warped Tour in Salt Lake City. DDJ has also shared the stage with Unwritten Law, The Lemonheads and Royal Bliss. The band offers catchy pop-rock with strong vocal harmonies and a high-energy live show. Occassionally, blow up dolls crowd surf and fans sing on stage! Bottom line, it's a good time and that fun, sing-along live show has opened some real opportunities in Utah, Nevada and Idaho. Drop Dead Julio continues to expand to neighboring states as a regional touring act with plans to play Idaho in October, Vegas in January and South by Southwest in Texas in 2010.
