Originally formed in late 2004, Spirytus are a metal band from Nottingham UK. Using the dirty, dripping tones from seven and eight string guitars, hard-flavoured slap bass, pile driving drums and bone crushing vocals, Spirytus set out to deliver something a little bit extra than your average metal band. They have been described as a "Full speed car crash between Faith No More and Korn that will leave your bowels rumbling". Their stage show is just as lively and aggressive as their music which has attracted support slots with bands like American Head harge and interest from industry professionals. 2009 is set to be a promising year for this metal quintet! Williams, Blondie, the Ramones, Green Day and everything in between. They have coined the phrase ?Texas Party Punk? to describe their music. 3 KISSES? live performance has been called ?freakin? explosive? and lead singer/guitarist Tish Meeks has been referred to as ?a ball of fire on stage.?
