i started rapping about 3 years ago as JAY SEE. i got a record deal a year ago with INSTIGATOR RECORDS and got branded my current name JAY SEE OFFICIAL. the reason for jay see is my first and middle inital JACOB CARMEN and plus I wanted something different then the typical rappers and i got OFFICIAL because that what i am. ya digg! i currently am unsigned but i have my own label titled OFFICIAL RECORDS and i also run a rap group called GRAFF CLIQUE. i have had 5 performances in my town and want more. i'm a big o white boy from tennessee who does what he does regardless of what people think. the reason this is titled GET ON MY LEVEL is because the people who hate on me always try to say i'll never make it and i suck but until they've stepped in my shoes they don't have the right to judge so therefore i'm on another level.

"Her first record, Dream Punk, was a compilation of the first two albums she wrote, its title an homage to the genre with which she identified. ìAs much as I love the sound of dream pop and shoegaze, I would rather give someone a kick in the ass with a shoe than gaze at it,î Madorsky says, explaining why she chose to distance herself from similar genres. After Dream Punk, Madorsky took on a new moniker, Rouse, and recorded and self-released Talk is Cheap. After meeting Matt Brown (Trespassers William) and realizing their shared affinity for bands like the Cocteau Twins, Madorsky knew he would be the perfect musical compliment to record the album. Brown brought in James McAlister (Ester Drang) on drums and percussion, and Madorsky found herself recording for the first time as a band."
